NOT GUILTY PLEAS:
Not guilty pleas are to be entered per the instructions on
the reverse side of the ticket and 7 days prior to the court
date indicated on the summons (This is also the payment due
date) A new date for a trial will be set at that time.
Court sessions are scheduled as follows:
Every Tuesday except Holidays and Voting Days.
4:00pm Trials
This allows all parties who entered a not guilty plea the opportunity
to speak with the Municipal Prosecutor prior to appearing
before the Judge.
4:30pm for Arraignments/First Appearances
