The 2010/2011 Tax Bills are in the process of being mailed out. If you do not receive your tax bill by August 6th, please call 732-446-3983.
The grace period for the 3rd Quarter 2010 has been extended to August 26th.
Payments must be received by August 26th to avoid any interest charged. Interest will be charged back to the statutory due date of August 1st.

Tax Information
Taxes are due 2/1, 5/1, 8/1, & 11/1. Regular tax bills are sent during the month of July each year. If by August 1st you have not received your tax bill, it is your responsibility to call the office and have it resent. Added Assessment/Roll Back bills are sent out mid October each year. These bills are in addition to your regular bill and are also due 11/1.You have a ten (10) day grace period. If the 10th falls on a weekend (or a holiday) you have till the next business day to pay taxes and not be charged interest. If taxes are not paid by the end of the grace period, interest is charged back to the due date. Any questions, please call the tax office at 732-446-3983.
Change of Mortgage Information
Please notify the tax collector’s office if your mortgage information changes. It is your responsibility to check when your next payment is due when you have satisfied your mortgage. The “Advice Copy” of your tax bill is an exact copy of the original and can be used to submit payment.
Property Tax Relief Programs
Senior Citizen and Veteran deductions are available to qualifying applicants. Deductions are in the amount of $250.00. If you think you may qualify please call the tax collector’s office.
